I eventually solved this problem when it happened to me, but not before a great deal of faffing around. I spent a good few days being very frustrated with the lack of conclusive information on the internet. So I decided to gather everything I could together in one place and put it up on this little site - and then do a little survey to find out what works and what doesn't.
